Yoga Tune Up® was introduced by Jill Miller.  It combines yoga and myofascial release techniques (self-massage) to allow practitioners to improve flexibility, enhance mobility and improve performance.

The Roll and Restore classes at Inner Soul and the Yin and Restorative classes both incorporate the principles of Yoga Tune Up®.

Ball Bliss classes are self-massage techniques only.
