Yoga Tune Up® was introduced by Jill Miller.  It combines yoga and myofascial release techniques (self-massage) to allow practitioners to improve flexibility, enhance mobility and improve performance.

All my regular classes incorporate the principles of Yoga Tune Up® and some discussion of anatomy.
